Our Moorish villa was completed in 2001 and is placed nearly on the top of a hill at the east coast of Ibiza, offering a marvelous and romantic view on the bay of St. Eulalia. Large scaled ground and living space (275sqm + 100sqm terrace under roof + 200sqm further terrace area) is combined with an attitude taking care on details (e.g. Feng Shui). 7000sqm land, but 3000sqm of it settled as an artificial paradise garden, fruit garden and water garden with waterfall, ponds and a man-made brook, going into a huge swimming pool (17m long and 7m wide). You start swimming from wide and comfortable stairs. The pond is free of chlorine and any other chemicals. Toy fish are living in all ponds and of course in the swimming pond. Therefore it is ideal for snorkeling, watching the fascinating little underwater world. For teatime the venue is offering various places like a Bali house, seat area under palms or above the waterfall. The next possibility for shopping is just 1km from the villa.
There is 1 master bedroom with dressing-room and 2 terraces, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a studio couch and air condition, 1 room with fire-place and 2 extra guest beds (normal size). All wardrobes are equipped with heating. There is 1 shower bathroom with the master bedroom, equipped with 2 wash basins, separate toilet and bidet, 1 shower bathroom equipped with 1 wash basin, toilet and bidet, 1 guest-shower bathroom equipped with 1 wash basin and toilet. All bathrooms have windows. The large living room with its attached open space reading room offers access to the a.m. room with the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped - worth mentioning is the gas oven with 5 fireplaces. The staircase is framed by a fountain on the bottom and the glass roof on the top. The outside area has 2 additional tables, 1 wooden bench, a lunch suite made of bamboo with coffee table and 2 extra small tea tables.

The villa is located on the seaside (east) of a peaceful hill facing the bay of St. Eulalia, a vital village with complete and all year season infrastructure. Lots of restaurants, shops as well as fun places (most people speaking English). In St. Eulalia and its neighborhood you will find many beaches and chances for sports, but also for quietness and peace. The distance to Ibiza town is app. 12km. The climate of Ibiza guarantees full relaxation all over the year.
