BIGHORN Concierge, an independent, on site service provider, can customize programs to provide
the highest quality home care management and related services to our residents
Homeowner Assessment for each homesite is $450/month (payable quarterly). In addition, vacant homesite owners are assessed a Landscape Maintenance Fee: $30/month for The Mountains side and $60/month for The Canyons side. The landscape maintenance fee is temporary and is no longer payable by the homeowner when the homeowner starts construction of a residence on the homesite. On The Canyons side, the homeowner, upon start of construction will be responsible to tie landscape irrigation (landscaping with the homesite boundaries) into his or her domestic water system and will be responsible for the maintenance (or replacement) of landscaping within the homesite.
